Full-time Teacher
Start the process to join the team at Day-Star today. All full-time teachers, excluding the GA Pre-K lead teacher, must have the minimum of a CDA and have worked in a licensed childcare learning center for at least six months. Lead teachers must have worked in a licensed learning center and been a lead teacher for at least one year. GA Pre-K lead teacher must have a Bachelor’s or higher and have worked in a GA Pre-K program for at least two years.

Part-time Teacher / Floater
Start the process to join the team at Day-Star today. Part-time teachers/floaters are ECE professionals who enjoy working in all areas of a childcare center. They must be friendly, flexible, and skillful at working with children of all age groups. They must have worked in a licensed childcare center for at least six months. At Day-Star our part-time teachers/floaters typically serve in the most needed area at our center and can also serve as a substitute teacher when a full-time teacher is out. A CDA is not required but strongly encouraged. Weekly hours may vary 15+ hours.
