How to Enroll

It's as simple as 1, 2, 3...

We are excited that you have considered Day-Star Christian Academy for your childcare needs. Enrollment is simple. Follow these simple steps below.


  1. Enroll at MyProcare.

  2. Then, click here to complete the required documents for non-GA Pre-K (NOTE: For GA Pre-K only).

  3. Email the supporting documents to daystarchristianacademy@yahoo.com.

  4. Schedule your Parent Orientation. (Note: Due to COVID-19, parent orientations will be done virtually until further notice.)

  5. Pay your registration fee and first week’s tuition.


Supporting documents needed for each child enrolled:

  • Copy of up-to-date immunization records or signed “Refusal to Vaccinate” affidavit

  • Copy of birth certificate or certificate of live birth

  • Copy of parent’s (or person enrolling) driver’s license and social security card


*Additional documents for GA Pre-K only:

  • Copy of food stamp card and/or Medicaid card, if applicable

  • Copy of child's social security card

  • Form 3300 Vision, Hearing, Dental, Nutrition

  • Proof of address (rental lease or utility bill) – if living with someone, a notarized letter written by the leaseholder stating that the parent and child being enrolled resides at address and a copy of the lease are needed.
